Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because all Highline Ops Studio products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to your files, templates, and systems. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, downloading your products, or opening a Canva template, we will ensure you receive the items you purchased. Please reach out through the Contact page and include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Inability to use Canva or other required software

  • Failure to download files before they expire

  • Misunderstanding of what the product includes (please review product descriptions carefully)

If a file is corrupted or a link is not functioning, we will replace the file or provide a new link at no additional cost.
