Accessing Your Digital Products

All Highline Ops Studio products are delivered instantly after purchase. You can download your files directly from the order confirmation page and from the email sent to you immediately after checkout.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.


Downloading Your Files

1. From the Order Confirmation Page

After checkout, click the download buttons to save your files directly to your device.

2. From Your Email

Open the email titled “Your digital downloads are ready” and click the download links for each file included in your purchase.


Opening PDF Files

Most Highline Ops Studio products include PDF documents.

To open your PDFs:

  • Use Adobe Reader or your preferred PDF viewer

  • Download the file before opening (especially on mobile)

  • If the PDF won’t open, try updating your viewer or opening it on a desktop device


Opening ZIP Files

Some products include ZIP folders containing multiple files.

To open your ZIP file:

  • Mac: Double‑click the ZIP to unzip automatically

  • Windows: Right‑click → “Extract All”

  • Mobile: Use a free ZIP extraction app from the App Store or Google Play

Once extracted, you’ll see all included files and templates.


Accessing Canva Templates

Many products include Canva templates you can customize.

To access your Canva templates:

  1. Click the Canva link provided in your download

  2. Log into your Canva account (free accounts work unless otherwise noted)

  3. Click Use Template to open the editable version

  4. Customize colors, fonts, text, and layout to match your brand

If the link doesn’t open, try switching browsers (Chrome works best) or logging out and back into Canva.


Saving Your Customized Templates

After editing your Canva template:

  • Click Share → Download

  • Choose PDF, PNG, or JPG depending on your needs

  • Save the file to your device for future use
